Best Sellers

These are the products that actually leave our shelves — ranked by how many separate customers bought them over the past year, across both the Brisbane clinic counter and the online store, rather than by what we'd most like to sell. We rank by number of orders instead of units so that a single bulk purchase can't push an item to the top; something appears here because a lot of different people chose it, not because one person bought a case of it.

The list skews toward the unglamorous middle of a routine — cleansers, toners, ampoules and everyday creams — and that is worth paying attention to. Repeat purchases happen when a product is comfortable enough to finish and useful enough to replace, which is a far better signal than a launch campaign. Travel kits also feature heavily, because they are the low-risk way to try several steps of a Korean routine before committing to full sizes.

If you are building a routine from scratch, working down this list in routine order — cleanse, tone, serum, moisturise, protect — is a reasonable way to start. If you already have a routine that works, this is a useful place to look when one product runs out and you want to know what other people reached for next. The ranking is refreshed from real sales data, so it shifts over time rather than staying a fixed editorial pick.

Frequently asked questions

How is this list decided?

By sales. We count how many separate orders included each product over the last twelve months, combining in-clinic purchases with online orders, and rank by that number. Ranking by orders rather than units keeps a single large purchase from distorting the list.

How often does it change?

It's refreshed from sales data rather than set once, so the order shifts as buying patterns change. Expect the top few to be fairly stable and the tail to move around more.

What order are they shown in?

The Best Sellers row on our home page runs in rank order, strongest first. On this page you can re-sort by price or newest using the sort control, so the order here follows whatever you pick.
