Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

All orders are dispatched from Brisbane and are fully tracked.

Pre-orders

Items marked Pre-order are not in stock at the time you order — we re-order them from our supplier in Korea. Unless the product page says otherwise, pre-ordered items ship from Brisbane within 4 weeks, followed by the usual 3-7 business days in transit. The processing time above does not apply to them.

The date shown on the product page is the one that applies to your order.Where we already know a supplier's shipping date it may be later than 4 weeks, and we show that date on the item, in your cart, at checkout and on your order confirmation.

You can cancel a pre-ordered item at any time before it ships and we will refund you in full, to your original payment method — just reply to your order confirmation email or contact us, and you can ask us for an update on a pre-order the same way. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-ordered items, we may ship them separately at no extra cost.

Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all addresses within Australia, including:

Note: Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
