Professional back-bar products, accessories and consumables are one price on both tiers. The back-bar range is priced net per treatment, so no tier percentage comes off it.

Who can apply for a professional account?
Licensed clinics, medispas, salons and aesthetic practitioners with an Australian Business Number (ABN) can apply. We check every applicant's details before an account is approved.
What does an approved account unlock?
Pricing first: the professional-only range at its fixed professional prices, and partner rates on eligible retail products — your tier is shown on your account. Retail prices for everyone else stay exactly as they are. Then the tools: Areum protocols — ready-made treatments you can start from and copy — and the treatment builder, to cost a treatment at your account's prices and plan the products a course of them needs. Team training is in Areum Learning.
Is there a minimum order?
No — there is no minimum order. Orders ship from our Brisbane clinic, and our retail range remains open to everyone, with or without a professional account.
What training is available?
Brand and product training is available through Areum Learning. Training builds your brand and product knowledge — it is not a qualification and does not replace your professional licence.
How long does an application take?
Applications are reviewed within 2–3 business days. We email you as soon as yours has been reviewed, with the outcome and what happens next.
