Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Areum Aesthetics website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.
Products and Pricing
- All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST
- We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice
- Product availability is subject to change
- We make every effort to display product colors accurately, but cannot guarantee your monitor's display
Orders and Payment
- By placing an order, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason
- Payment must be received before orders are processed
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
Shipping and Delivery
Please refer to our Shipping Information page for details on shipping methods, costs, and delivery times. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Areum Aesthetics or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion
Trade account communications
When you apply for a Professional Partner (trade) account you acknowledge that approved trade accounts receive essential account emails: price lists and trade pricing updates, stock and ordering information, and product safety notices. These are part of operating your account, not marketing.
Training and education are not covered by that acknowledgement. Invitations to training sessions, masterclasses and events are marketing — as are offers, promotions and new product announcements — and we send them only if you separately choose to receive marketing emails and then confirm by clicking the link we email you. Choosing not to receive marketing does not affect your application, your account or your orders.
You can opt out of pricing and stock update emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails, or by emailing privacy@areumaesthetics.com.au. Order, delivery and product safety information is always sent, and your current trade pricing is always available in your account when you are signed in.
We keep a record of the wording you accepted and when you accepted it. Our Privacy Policy explains how long we keep that record and how to access, correct or complain about your information.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Be Bright Fitness Pty Ltd trading as Areum Aesthetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our website or products.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws ofQueensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
