Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- •Unopened and unused
- •In original packaging with all seals intact
- •Returned within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- ✕Opened skincare products
- ✕Used beauty tools (masks, applicators, etc.)
- ✕Sale or clearance items

Pack securely and drop off at any post office

Get Refunded
Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving return
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
